All the recipes are basically the same. However I found some really cool alternatives/tips,  to file away for reference if you plan on mixing up a batch of your own. shares the simple basic ingredient list and instructions, as well as a break down of the costs so you can keep track of all the money you will save. Are you a liquid soap maker or a powder soap maker? I’m more of a liquid because it seems easier… maybe? OH! And if you are a powder person, I read another tip somewhere in the past where instead of shaving the soap, it was placed in a microwave and heated until slightly soft. Then it was chopped using a food processor. MUCH EASIER, it seems. If trying this method, it may be a good idea to check your local thrift shops for a used food processor for just your soap making. I wouldn’t want your family to tell you their vegetable beef soup tastes a lot like soap. Know what I mean, jelly bean?
